By accessing and using the website PocketExhibition.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use the Service.


Service Description

PocketExhibition.com is currently in beta testing phase, offering users a preview of its capabilities. As the Service is under development, features may be added, removed, or changed without prior notice.


User Responsibilities

Users are expected to use the Service legally and responsibly. Sharing copyrighted material without authorization, misusing the Service, or engaging in illegal activities through the Service is prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country/State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Dispute Resolution

A dispute or disagreements regarding these Terms of Use or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through consultation and dialogue between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached in this manner, and the dispute requires formal adjudication, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under Swedish law, with Stockholm as the place of arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English or if both parties agree, in Swedish, and aimed to be simple and swift, with the objective of achieving a fair solution for both parties.
